When you register with our service you are immediately appointed one of our Communicators, this person stays with you throughout the entire process until your issue has been resolved or until you decide you no longer need their help.
We can help you with specific requests like a dispute with a neighbor about an over-hanging tree, or complex matters like divorce that have many issues requiring attention. We can work with you indefinitely or on a short term basis, you have total control and the service ends when you say so.
So here is how the process works;
Jane and Bob are involved in a dispute about Bob’s over-hanging tree. Jane is worried that it will fall on her home as has requested the tree be cut down. The communication between Jane and Bob has become very difficult, so much so that they are rude to each other and cannot verbally communicate. Tensions only escalate further when Jane suggests legal action, Bob has no money to defend his position.
Bob contacts ‘It was not always like this’ for some help. He knows that Jane is so irate that she won’t listen, he realizes that Jane has good reason to be angry because he hasn’t always been easy to deal with. Communication between the pair has become tense and a battle over even the most minor problem.
Bob is immediately assigned a Communicator who in turn reaches out to Jane. The Communicator introduces herself and explains the role she will play in helping Bob to communicate with her. The Communicator explains that Jane, at no cost to her can also address Bob through the service.
For the first time in 6 months Jane and Bob are communicating about the tree. There is no tension and there are no harsh words. Within one week Jane and Bob have reached a decision about the tree that is satisfactory to both parties.
Jane and Bob may never be borrowing each other’s lawn tools again, but the issue has been resolved and they can both now enjoy their wonderful gardens again.
By using the Communicator they both realized that they would have to modify their language, even in the digital presence of a total stranger both parties were ashamed of how they were behaving and did not want it to continue. The Communicator is never offended by harsh language or suggestions, but will refuse to transmit that message on your behalf, thus ensuring constructive communication.
There are no rules for this process, we want to support you as best we can, so the extent of our involvement will be entirely dependent on your instruction.

We are not a legal service and maintain total anonymity throughout the process.
Once your case has been closed we delete all of your communications, we keep NO records.
We will not transfer threatening or abusive language.
Each communication must be on the agreed topic.
We are not a counselling service, legal or physiological. Therefore our advice to you will strictly be observational on how your communication read to the Communicator.
